I research complex problems between people, products and technologies — and use design to explore what might become possible.

I work with organisations to understand people, practices and complex systems, identify where meaningful change is possible, and turn that understanding into product and experience strategy. My work spans discovery and research through proposition, prototyping and testing to interaction design and implementation. Most recently, I’ve spent seven years at KiteEdge, from UX consultant to CPO/CXO, applying this approach to human–AI interaction and decision-making in highly governed environments in regulated industries.
